Five Activities, One Community

A review of participation, repeat attendance and international reach across Tweenies, Young Adults and Bible Study, the Community Meal, International Meeting Place, and Sunday School.

From January to July 2026, the five activities recorded 58 gatherings, at least 1,130 visits and 252 participant records. The registers also show participation from at least 26 countries and places of origin. The participant total counts records within each activity, so a person involved in more than one activity may be counted more than once.

Each activity served a different part of the community. The Community Meal brought together the largest number of people, Sunday School reached 52 enrolled children, and the smaller groups created space for young people, Bible study and international community building.

International reach

The four registers that included origin information recorded participants connected to at least 26 countries and places of origin. The actual number may be higher because some entries did not include this information and Sunday School did not collect it.

Activity 1

Tweenies

Tweenies recorded 14 children across five gatherings. There were 33 attendance visits, giving an average of 6.6 children per gathering.

Attendance ranged from two to nine children.

Attendance was strongest during the first three gatherings. Four children attended four of the five meetings, and three children made their first recorded appearance later in the programme.

Activity 2

Young Adults and Bible Study

Young Adults and Bible Study recorded 19 participants across five gatherings. The group generated 48 attendance visits, with an average of 9.6 people per gathering.

Attendance remained between seven and twelve participants.

The opening gathering was the largest, with twelve participants. Two people attended every recorded gathering. The attendance records did not clearly separate new participants from returning participants who had missed earlier meetings.

Activity 3

Gemenskapsmåltiden — Community Meal

The Community Meal recorded 121 participant records across 21 gathering dates. It generated 693 attendance visits, with an average of 33.0 people per gathering.

Attendance ranged from 22 to 51 people.

The highest recorded gathering was 17 March, with 51 attendees. The lowest was 27 January, with 22 attendees. Forty-five participant records show attendance at five or more gatherings, indicating a substantial returning core.

Activity 4

International Meeting Place

International Meeting Place recorded 46 participants across 11 gatherings. It generated 145 attendance visits, with an average of 13.2 people per gathering. Thirteen countries or places of origin were explicitly recorded.

Attendance ranged from eight to 26 people.

The highest recorded gathering was 19 March, with 26 participants. The opening gathering was the smallest, with eight. Ten participant records show attendance at five or more gatherings.

Thirty-eight participants made their first recorded appearance after the opening gathering, showing that the group continued to reach people throughout the period.

Activity 5

Sunday School

The Sunday School report records 52 enrolled children and 16 tracked sessions from mid-February through May, with additional sessions in July. It reports more than 210 attendance visits, equal to an average of more than 13.1 children per tracked session.

The enrolled roster expanded while average weekly attendance remained near 11–15 children.

The reported registered base increased from 11 children at the February baseline to 52 by July. Average weekly attendance remained comparatively stable, ranging from 11.0 to 14.5 across the monthly summaries shown in the report.

Returning participation

Returning participation varied because the activities met at different frequencies. The four activities with person-level attendance records show 57 participants attending five or more gatherings. Sunday School used broader attendance categories, so it is shown separately.

Main findings

1. Each activity served a different purpose. The groups reached different audiences, met at different frequencies and operated at different scales.
2. The Community Meal remained the principal high-volume gathering. Its 693 visits were the largest exact activity total; Sunday School is reported only as more than 210 visits.
3. Sunday School expanded the project’s child-focused reach. The report records 52 enrolled children, 22 reported new joiners and more than 210 visits.
4. The project reached a broad and returning community. At least 26 countries and places of origin were represented, and 57 participant records showed attendance at five or more gatherings in the activities with detailed records.

Conclusion

The five activity records show broad participation across children, young adults, Bible study, shared meals and international community gatherings. Together they document at least 1,130 visits across 58 confirmed sessions and 252 activity-level participant records.

Together, the activities show a project that reached children, young adults, families, international residents and regular community members through several different forms of participation. Behind the figures are repeated encounters: children returning to Sunday School, people sharing meals and newcomers finding a place in the community.
